The Times – Van crashes rise as drivers rush deliveries to ‘now generation’

Original research from Mapmechanics on road accidents and crashes across the UK was recently featured in an article in The Times:

“Crashes involving vans, whose numbers have grown rapidly because of the rise in internet shopping, increased by around a fifth in London and the southeast between 2009 and 2015. Across the UK, minicab accidents and crashes involving mopeds and less powerful motorcycles were both up by about a third during the same period.”
