Property prices on London Marathon route more than double in 15 years

Referencing property price data held by the allmapdata team, Mapmechanics were able to discover that the average house prices along the London Marathon route has risen an average of 229% between 2000 and 2015.

This map data takes into account the prices across the roads and streets across the 26 miles beginning on Shooters Hill Road and finishing on Birdcage Walk. This phenomenon of rapidly rising house prices seems to have taken place right across London, with the price of property – and with it, the price of rent – doubling even throughout zone 3 and 4.
