Mapmechanics to attend the RISCAuthority member seminarsMay 26th, 2017
RISCAuthority (Research, Insight, Strategy and Control) is an annually funded research scheme, supported by a significant group of UK commercial insurers, that conducts extensive research to support the commercial estate from fire, security and environmental risks and help members mitigate risk.
RISCAuthority member seminars take place annually in Manchester and London. The seminars feature a high calibre of speakers addressing current issues and topical developments faced by their member insurers. The events attract members interested in risk control, underwriting, pricing, analytics, claims and surveying.
Mapmechanics has worked with the RISCAuthority to develop a fire and rescue service response time analysis system and will be attending both events to demonstrate how GIS technologies and locational data can be used to precisely analyse and mitigate risk factors.
