Call Centre Application

A solution using the geographic data / map content in providing Call Centre services, but, without limitation, not using HERE Map Content for any of the following functionality as part of such Call Centre services: (1) Mobile Asset Management; (2) E-Call, B-calls & Concierge (including Security Services); (3) Fully automated services (i.e., without human response and/or interaction on the side of the Call Centre); (4) Text-to-speech generated or automated speech recognition; or (5) Outbound telephone calls.
